The cost for Annual Conference is $35 before May 3 and $45 after. Elders, CMCs, delegates, and FMCSC conference board members will receive a coupon to cover the cost of the the event. If you did not receive a coupon and believe you should have, please contact us.

Email Address Required

Because of the business nature of Annual Conference, we require each attendee to have a unique email address that we can use to send important information regarding voting, training, and other business related information. Do not use a single email address when registering multiple attendees. Registrations with duplicate email addresses will not be processed until a valid address is provided.

Housing Options

On-campus housing is available in Engstrom Hall which consists of dorm rooms with a shared Jack & Jill style bathroom in the middle of a two room suite. Each room will include a pillow, sheets, blanket and towels.

Housing registration closes April 30.

$54 - Double Occupancy

One person per room (2 per suite) with a shared bathroom in the middle - you must submit the name of your roommate at the time of registration or you will be charged the single occupancy price.

$61 - Single Occupancy

One person per suite with a private bathroom.
